With the paint etc..? :this isnt going in classifieds so dont give me shit, this is b/c i get so many damn emails about this.
:My b'shop said he'll do 2 more custom built widebodies for people that can let him have their car for 3-4 months.
:The price is $5k for custom built widebody (using sheet metal as the base for the new 1/4 panels) and includes paint color of your choice, option to shave wiper/antena, and mold in side skirts and rear valence (you must have your own sides/rear).
:I already have 1 friend who is going to have this done in late fall early winter so this other opening could happen mid winter.
:Again he would need the car for 3-4 months to allow for hand built creation, drying time of the sealer on the body work and so on. He offers a 1 year warranty on his work and requires a 1/3 of a payment upfront.
:I can be here to photo the process and oversee it for you, but he would need the car at his shop down here in VA for 3-4 months. My car was a learning curve for him so now he knows how to do the build up and so on. It would also be important for him to have your new rims/tires so he can use them as hid guideline in building the new fenders.
:If anyone is seriously interested let me know and we'll see what we can get done. If anyone has priced a widebody through PB or strosek then you know that the kit, plus instal, and paint is normally a minimum of $10-13k.
